Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Restocking Fee

Please note that all shed returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at info@goupb.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once you receive authorization, we will schedule the pickup of the shed

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee.

Exchanges

we do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective shed, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a repair order.
